摘　　要：该文分析2020年9月河北医科大学第二医院整形外科收治的1例29岁女性获得性部分性脂肪萎缩(APL)患者的临床资料。患者因"面部脂肪丢失"入院,经综合检查诊断为APL,采用自体脂肪移植的技术,改善因脂肪丢失引起的面部凹陷,取得了良好的结果。作者回顾相关文献进行探讨,以进一步提高对APL的认知。This paper presented the clinical data of a 29-year-old female patient with acquired partial lipodystrophy(APL)admitted to the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University in September 2020.The patient was admitted due to"facial fat loss".After comprehensive examination,APL was diagnosed.Autologous fat transplantation was conducted to improve the facial contour caused by fat volume loss.The result was satisfactory.Relevant literatures were also collectively reviewed for further discussion on APL.
