摘  要:海洋致病菌众多且以弧菌为主,海水浸泡伤后可发生伤区弧菌感染,严重时可危及患者生命。目前针对海水浸泡伤后伤区弧菌感染的研究主要侧重于创伤弧菌、副溶血弧菌和解藻酸弧菌等。建立海水浸泡伤后伤区弧菌感染动物模型,成为此类研究的关键环节。在模型建立过程中,海水取样、实验动物的选择、海水浸泡方法及继发性感染的规避等核心问题需要引起重视。笔者对海水浸泡伤后伤区弧菌感染动物模型制作的方法进行了总结,这有利于推进该领域的理论研究,从而提高海水浸泡伤的救治水平。There are many marine pathogenic bacteria,mainly Vibrio spp.After seawater immersion,Vibrio spp.infection may occur in the wound area,which may endanger the lives of patients in severe cases.At present,the research on Vibrio spp.infection in the wound area after seawater immersion mainly focuses on Vibrio vulnificus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,and Vibrio alginolyticus.The establishment of animal model of Vibrio spp.infection in the wound area after seawater immersion injury has become the key link in those researches.In the process of model establishment,the core issues such as seawater sampling,selection of experimental animals,seawater immersion method,and avoidance of secondary infection should be paid attention to.This paper summarized the methods of establishing animal model of Vibrio spp.infection in the wound area after seawater immersion injury,which is conducive to promoting the basic theoretical research in this field and improving the treatment of seawater immersion injury.
