摘　　要：目的了解某军队医院工作人员的人格特征,探索改善其心理健康状况的方法,以期更加有效地保障长远航过程中海军官兵的心理健康。方法采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、症状自评量表-90(SCL-90)对研究对象进行测评和分析。结果参与问卷调查的工作人员SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、各因子评分均低于中国常模(1986年),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。参与调查者的外向-内向维度评分低于常模;神经质维度和测谎维度高于常模(P<0.01)。Pearson相关性分析显示,某军队医院工作人员的SCL-90的9项因子与EPQ-RSC的4个维度部分指标存在相关关系(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论某军队医院工作人员的心理健康状况整体良好,受疫情的不确定性和医疗行业工作者的职业压力影响,导致既有的经典量表和常模不再适用于当下的情况,提示在后期的研究中需不断深入挖掘和研究影响军队医院工作者心理健康的因素,以便更好地服务广大海军官兵。Objective To understand the personality characteristics of the staff in a military hospital and explore the methods to improve their mental health,so as to effectively provide mental health support for the navy officers and sailors during long oceangoing missions.Methods Eysenck personality questionnaire-revised,short scale for chinese(EPQ-RSC)and the symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)were used for evaluation and analysis.Results The total scores of SCL-90,the number of positive items,and the scores of each factor were all lower than the Chinese norm(1986),and the differences were statistically significant.The scores of extroversion-introversion dimensions were lower than the norm(P<0.01),while those of neuroticism and lie were higher than the norm(P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that there were correlations between the nine factors of SCL-90 and four dimensions of EPQ-RSC in the military hospital staff(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Different from the results of most similar studies,the mental health of military hospital staff was generally good.However,due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic and the occupational characteristics of medical work,the existing classical scales and norms may not applicable to the current situation.According to this,the researchers should continue explore and study the factors affecting the mental health of military hospital staff in future,so as to better serve the navy officers and sailors.
