摘　　要：2003年4月,时任中共浙江省委书记习近平同志在全省城市社区工作会议上,提出“建设新型社区”的工作目标。由此,浙江开了全国城乡社区建设、基层治理创新的先河。多年来,历届浙江省委、省政府始终坚持一张蓝图绘到底,以基层党建为统领、政府治理为主导、居民需求为导向、数字化改革为牵引,统筹推进城乡社区工作,高质量打造共同富裕现代化基本单元,使人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感不断增强。In April 2003,Xi Jinping,the then secretary of the Zhejang Provincial Commitee of the Communist Party of China,presided over the provincial urban community work meeting and put forward a proposal that Zhejiang should build a new pattern of community and explore a new path of urban and rural community construction as well as grassroots governance innovation.In the process of future community construction,Quzhou has been at the forefront.Whether in countryside or in cities,future communities look like a shinning pearl inlaid in Quzhou's poetic scenery belt.
