桃仁膝康丸治疗膝骨性关节炎分期组方研究

摘　　要：桃仁膝康丸是多年来被用于治疗膝骨性关节炎的医院制剂,实践表明其药少力专,疗效显著,因此探索桃仁膝康丸组方的特点,可以为该药更好地在临床中应用奠定理论基础。此文在中医药理论的指导下,将膝骨性关节炎分早、中、晚三期进行施治,早期瘀血实证多以“破”为主;中期经络通而不畅,脏腑气血津液偏颇,多以“和”为主,使之处于“阴平阳秘”的状态;后期以“补”为主,久病导致的肝脏亏虚、气血不足,故应重视气血补养和肝肾的滋补。通过三期辨证用药,动态治疗膝骨性关节炎。Taoren Xikang pill is a hospital preparation,which has been used to treat knee osteoarthritis for many years.The practice shows that it has little strength and special effect,so exploring the characteristics of Taoren Xiukang pill can lay a theoretical foundation for its better clinical application.In this paper,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,knee osteoarthritis is divided into early,middle and late three stages of treatment,early congestion evidence is mainly “broken”.In the middle stage,the meridians and collaterals are not smooth,the zang-fu organs are biased,and most of them are given priority to by “harmony”,so that it is in the state of “yin and yang in equilibrium”.In the later stage,the liver is deficient and the qi and blood are insufficient due to long illness.Therefore,attention should be paid to the qi and blood replenishment and the liver and kidney nourishing.Dynamic treatment of knee osteoarthritis by three stages of syndrome differentiation.
