基于中和思想以痛泻要方合完带汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于中和思想以痛泻要方合完带汤论治腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的疗效。方法 将118例IBS-D患者随机分为观察组和对照组各59例。对照组予以服匹维溴铵,50 mg/次,3次/d,治疗8周;观察组在此基础上加用痛泻要方合完带汤,水煎400 ml,200 ml/次,早晚饭后30 min温服,治疗8周。比较2组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子、生活质量评分(IBS-QOL)、中医证候评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组炎性因子、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、中医证候积分IBS-QOL评分均降低,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于国医大师孙光荣中和思想以痛泻要方合完带汤论治IBS-D可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,降低炎性反应,消除不良情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongxie Yaofang and Wandai decoction in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D) based on Zhonghe thought.Methods 118 patients with IBS-D were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 59 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pivonium bromide,50 mg/time,3 times/day,for 8 weeks.The observation group was also treated with Tongxie Yaofang and Wandai decoction,400 ml of water decoction,200 ml/time,30 minutes after morning and evening meals,warm for 8 weeks.The clinical effect of the two groups after treatment,the inflammatory factors before and after treatment-α),IBS-QOL,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05),two groups of inflammatory factors,HAMA score,HAMD score and IBS-QOL score of TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxie Yaofang and Wandai decoction based on Zhonghe thought of Sun Guangrong in the treatment of IBS-D can improve clinical effect and clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reactions,eliminate adverse emotions,and improve quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
