摘　　要：从中医理论出发,通过多文献分析、以药测证、药物归经等多个角度,结合多年的临床心得,对刘春英老师从肝论治慢性前列腺炎的学术思想进行了深入探讨。详细阐述了从肝论治慢性前列腺炎的生理、病因病机、治疗原则,创立了从肝论治慢性前列腺炎虚实用药式,从而构建了从肝论治慢性前列腺炎的中医辨证论治体系,彰显了慢性前列腺炎的中医证治特点。The present paper conducted an in-depth investigation on the academic thought of Liu Chunying on treatment of chronic prostatitis by liver-based therapy.Based on the basic theories of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),from the perspectives of multiple literature analysis,syndrome differentiation by effects of drug and drug meridian,and combined with the clinical experiences of Professor Liu,we expounded the physiology,etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principles of chronic prostatitis treatment by liver-based therapy,which established a practical medicine formula for the treatment of chronic prostatitis by liver-based therapy,thus constructing the relevant TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system,highlighting the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to chronic prostatitis.
