摘　　要：中华文明历经几千年,儒学也随时代的更迭而不断进化演变。春秋末年,社会变革,孔子改造周礼,创立儒学,而后又有孟子、荀子的完善与发展;到了汉代,董仲舒提出“罢黜百家,独尊儒术”,从此儒学成为封建社会的正统思想;又经宋明理学的发展,儒学成为中华民族精神文化的主体,对中国和世界都产生了深远的影响。又由于不同时期经济、政治及主流思想的不同,中医学的发展也受到了丰富和复杂的影响。此文总结论述了儒家思想对中医文化中中医养生观念、中医基本理念及中医诊断治疗学等各方面的影响。Chinese civilization has gone through thousands of years,and Confucianism has evolved with the changes of the times.At the end of the Spring and Autumn Period,social changes,Confucius transformed Zhou Li,founded Confucianism,and then there was the perfection and development of Mencius and Xunzi.In the Han Dynasty,Dong Zhongshu proposed “depose a hundred families and respect Confucianism alone”,Since then,Confucianism has become the orthodox thinking of feudal society,and through the development of Song Ming Theory,Confucianism has become the main body of the spiritual culture of the Chinese nation,which has had a profound impact on China and the world.Due to the differences in economic,political,and mainstream ideas in different periods,the development of traditional Chinese medicine has also been rich and complex.This article summarizes the influence of Confucianism on the concept of traditional Chinese medicine health care,the basic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine culture.
