摘　　要：目的 探讨止痒外洗方治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒症临床观察。方法 从上饶市东信第五医院2020年1月—2022年3月就诊的尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒症患者中选取85例,选用信封法随机分为对照组和观察组,42例对照组采取口服氯雷他定片治疗,43例观察组在对照组基础上采取中药止痒外洗剂治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),瘙痒情况评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),C-反应蛋白(CRP)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 止痒外洗方治疗尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒症效果显著,可降低患者炎症因子水平,缓解皮肤瘙痒,提高睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the clinical observation of Zhiyang external washing formula in the treatment of uremic pruritus.Methods 85 cases of patients with uremic pruritus treated in Shangrao Dongxin Fifth Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by envelope method.42 patients in the control group were treated with oral loratadine tablets,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese herbal Zhiyang external washing formula on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the itch score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),C-reactive protein(CRP) and Pittsburgh Sleep quality index(PSQI) were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhiyang external washing formula in the treatment of uremic pruritus has significant effect,can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve pruritus and improve sleep quality.
