隔药饼灸治疗有创机械通气并发腹胀临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨隔药饼灸疗法在ICU进行有创机械通气并发腹胀患者中的临床效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2021年12月在昆明市中医医院ICU进行有创机械通气并发腹胀的患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例和观察组30例,2组均给予常规治疗,其中对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予普通艾灸疗法,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予隔药饼灸疗法,比较2组患者治疗前后胃肠功能障碍积分、腹内压变化、肠鸣音改善总有效率。结果 治疗前2组患者胃肠功能障碍积分及腹内压评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组胃肠功能障碍积分及腹内压评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组肠鸣音改善总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 隔药饼灸用于ICU有创机械通气患者并发腹胀的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion in the treatment of invasive mechanical ventilation complicated with abdominal distention in the ICU.Methods A total of 60 patients with invasive mechanical ventilation complicated with abdominal distention were selected from June 2021 to December 2021 in the ICU of Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group of 30 cases and observation group of 30 cases.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given ordinary moxibustion therapy on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was given herbal cake-separated moxibustion therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The total efficiency of gastrointestinal dysfunction points,intra-abdominal pressure changes,and improvement of bowel sounds before and after treatment of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction and intra-abdominal pressure scores were compared between the two groups before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores for gastrointestinal dysfunction and intra-abdominal pressure in the post-treatment observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the improvement in bowel sounds in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of herbal cake-separated moxibustion in patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in ICU with concurrent abdominal distention is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
