耳穴压豆联合阶段康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究耳穴压豆联合阶段康复护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法 以广东省第二中医院自2022年3月—2022年12月抽取的102例心脏瓣膜置换术后患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组各51例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取耳穴压豆联合阶段康复护理。对比2组患者干预前后负面情绪、生活质量及心功能变化。结果 干预后,对照组负面情绪高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组心功能指标低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论 针对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者应用耳穴压豆联合阶段康复护理,可有效改善患者负面情绪,提高生活质量,改善心功能,促进患者快速预后,值得各个科室借鉴采纳。Objective To explore the effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with stage rehabilitation nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of patients after heart valve replacement.Methods 102 patients after heart valve replacement who were selected from Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number grouping method,51 patients in the control group and 51 patients in the observation group were set up.The control group was given ear point pressing bean nursing,and the observation group added stage rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the negative emotion in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of auricular point pressing and bean stage rehabilitation nursing for patients after heart valve replacement can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the rapid prognosis of patients.It is worthy of reference and adoption by all departments.
