雷火灸联合中药会阴擦洗护理对会阴侧切术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究雷火灸联合中药会阴擦洗护理对会阴侧切术后患者康复的影响。方法 将94例经阴道分娩并行会阴侧切术的产妇随机分成对照组和观察组,各47例,对照组予以50%硫酸镁湿敷会阴,观察组予以雷火灸联合中药会阴擦洗,比较2组会阴肿痛、切口愈合以及宫缩痛情况。结果 2组护理后会阴肿痛评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);会阴切口甲级愈合率高于对照组(P<0.05),切口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后24 h、48 h宫缩痛评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸联合中药会阴擦洗护理可减轻会阴侧切术后产妇宫缩痛和会阴肿痛,促进会阴侧切切口愈合,对产妇术后康复有积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine perineal scrubbing nursing on the rehabilitation of patients after lateral perineal resection.Methods 94 parturient women who delivered vaginally and underwent lateral perineotomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given 50% magnesium sulfate wet application of perineum,while the observation group was given thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine perineum scrub.The perineal swelling and pain,incision healing and uterine contraction pain were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of perineal swelling and pain decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The grade A healing rate of the perineal incision was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The uterine contraction pain scores at 24 h and 48 h after nursing decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine perineal scrubbing nursing can reduce the uterine contraction pain and perineal swelling pain of parturient women after lateral perineal resection,promote the healing of lateral perineal incision,and have a positive effect on the rehabilitation after maternity surgery.
