中医外治疗法治疗坐骨神经痛机制的研究进展

摘　　要：坐骨神经痛是一种沿坐骨神经循行的疼痛为主的临床常见疾病,严重降低患者的生活质量。中医外治特色疗法治疗坐骨神经痛有较好的临床疗效,针刺、推拿等在治疗中均发挥其独特的治疗优势,且相关的效应机制研究已经部分被证实,但是没有系统的梳理。将不同的中医外治特色疗法治疗坐骨神经痛的机制研究进行梳理,发现针刺、推拿等治疗坐骨神经痛均有其独特的效应分子机制,子午流注等中医特色理论在治疗中也发挥着重要作用,西医解剖理论与中医经典理论的结合也能非常有效的指导中医外治特色疗法治疗坐骨神经痛。以上这些机制研究进展为深入认识中医外治特色疗法治疗坐骨神经痛提供了独特的视角,有助于进一步的指导临床治疗。Sciatica is a common clinical condition characterized by pain along the sciatic nerve,which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients.External special therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of sciatica,and acupuncture and tuina all play their unique therapeutic advantages in the treatment,and the related effect mechanism studies have been partially confirmed,but not systematically sorted out.We have sorted out the mechanisms of different external special therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sciatica,and found that acupuncture and tuina have their own unique molecular mechanisms of effect in the treatment of sciatica,and that external special therapy of traditional Chinese medicine such as meridian sequence time also play an important role in the treatment.The combination of western anatomical theory and classical Chinese medicine theory can also be very effective in guiding the treatment of sciatica.The above research advances in mechanisms provide a unique perspective on the treatment of sciatica with external special therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,which can help to further guide clinical treatment.
