中西医结合治疗免疫性扩张型心肌病验案1例

摘　　要：扩张型心肌病是一种原发性心肌疾病。患者症状为心室扩大,心室收缩功能减退,严重的会伴有充血性心力衰竭,甚至导致患者死亡。此病发病原因并不明确,主要观点认为由于病毒感染、细胞免疫缺失、家族遗传等因素引起。扩张型心肌病已成为心血管系统疾病的一大治疗难题。目前西医尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。中医在改善扩张型心肌病患者的症状、心脏功能、预后方面有比较明显的优势。山东省潍坊市中医院老年医学科嵇克刚主任医师在西医规范治疗的基础上联合中医温通法治疗该病,取得了较好疗效。文章通过案例介绍嵇克刚主任治疗扩张型心肌病的经验,以期为临床提供参考。Dilated cardiomyopathy is a primary myocardial disease.The disease is characterized by ventricular enlargement,decreased ventricular systolic function,severe congestive heart failure,and even patient death.The symptoms are ventricular enlargement,ventricular systolic decline,severe congestive heart failure,and even patient death.The cause of this disease is not clear,the main view is that the disease is mainly caused by viral infection,loss of cellular immunity,family genetics and other factors.Dilated cardiomyopathy has become a major difficult problem in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.At present,Western medicine still lacks the effective treatment method.TCM has relatively obvious advantages in ameliorating the symptoms,heart function and prognosis of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.On the basis of standardized treatment of Western medicine,director physician JI Kegang,a chief physician of geriatric department of Weifang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shandong Province,combines with the warming and dredging method of TCM,and has obtained a good effect on this disease.This paper introduces JI Kegang’s experience in treating dilated cardiomyopathy to provide a clinical reference.
