大方复治法思维在慢性肾功能衰竭诊疗中的运用

摘　　要：大方复治法是指中医针对严重病情、复杂病机,同时运用多种治疗手段,大处方用药的一种特别治疗方法。临床上,大方、复法同时运用的治疗手段超过3~4种,处方药味数目往往多达15种以上,超过普通药方。借鉴大方复治法的思维,对此笔者深有体会,熔炼补、泻、寒、热于一炉的配伍组方,兼容逆、从、反、激的治疗法则。慢性肾功能衰竭是在各种慢性肾脏病基础上出现的肾功能逐渐减退直至衰竭的一种临床综合征。临床上,慢性肾功能衰竭符合病势缠绵、病情复杂多变这类严重病情,文章认为此病尤为适合运用大方复治法来进行治疗。现分享用大方、复法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的案例2则,以期为中医药诊治慢性肾功能衰竭提供新思路。运用大方复治法思维遣方用药玄妙无比,辨证论治结合辨病施治,在慢性肾功能衰竭治疗过程中大有可为,尚需广大同仁在临床诊疗过程中反复实践、不断探索。Large prescription and complex method refers to a special treatment method of TCM for using a variety of treatments and large prescription drugs at the same time.Clinically,more than 3-4 treatments are being used simultaneously,and the number of prescription drugs is often more than 15.Drawing on the thinking of large prescription and complex method,the author has a deep experience in this,smelting tonics,diarrhea,cold,and heat in one furnace,compatible with the treatment rules of inverse,subordinate,anti-and radical.Chronic renal failure is a gradual decline of renal function occurring on the basis of various chronic kidney diseases,up to failure.Clinically,chronic kidney failure is in line with serious diseases such as lingering,complex and changeable.This paper believes that this disease is particularly suitable for the use of large prescription and complex method for treatment.This paper share 2 cases of the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney failure with large prescription and complex method,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical application.The medication based on the thinking of large prescription and complex method is extremely mysterious,and treatment based on syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation has great potential in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and it still needs repeated practice and continuous exploration by the majority of colleagues in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
