马小军从脾论治甲状腺功能亢进症伴失眠的经验

摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症(简称甲亢)是指甲状腺腺体产生甲状腺激素过多而引起的甲状腺毒症。甲亢是内分泌系统中的常见疾病,以心慌、手抖、多汗、烦躁等为主要症状。甲亢患者往往伴随一系列并发症,失眠就是诸多甲亢并发症中最常见且最难治疗的,严重影响患者的生活质量。现代医学应用抗甲状腺药物治疗甲亢取得了良好的效果,但对于失眠等并发症则效果欠佳,如使用镇静类药物治疗失眠,长期服用易产生成瘾性和耐药性。中医辨证论治,可弥补西药的不足之处,对并发症的治疗与缓解有着积极的作用。甘肃省天水市中医医院马小军主任医师从多年的内分泌疾病临床治疗中发现,甲亢伴失眠与脾关系密切。马主任认为,治疗甲亢伴失眠当以从脾论治,并总结出健脾化痰、行气解郁的治疗方法,遣方用药独具特色,临床效果显著。文章结合成功案例介绍马小军主任从脾治疗甲亢伴随失眠的经验,以期为临床提供参考。Hyperthyroidism refers to the thyrotoxicosis caused by excessive thyroid hormone produced by thyroid gland itself.Hyperthyroidism is a common disease in the endocrine system.The main symptoms are palpitation,hand shaking,sweating and irritability.Hyperthyroidism patients are often accompanied by a series of complications.Insomnia is the most common and difficult to treat among many hyperthyroidism complications,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with ATD,but it has poor results for complications such as insomnia,such as the use of sedative drugs to treat insomnia,and long-term use is easy to produce addiction and drug resistance.TCM dialectical treatment can make up for the shortcomings of western medicine and have a positive effect on the treatment and alleviation of complications.Chief Physician MA Xiaojun of Tianshui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital has found that hyperthyroidism with insomnia is closely related to spleen from many years of clinical treatment of endocrine diseases.Director MA believes that hyperthyroidism with insomnia should be treated from the spleen.The director summarized the treatment methods of invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm,promoting Qi(气)and relieving depression.The prescription is unique,and the clinical effect is remarkable.This paper combines successful cases,introduces Chief Physician MA Xiaojun’s experience in the treatment of hyperthyroidism with insomnia,in order to provide a clinical reference.
