中医药治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评估中医药治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome,LUFS)的疗效。方法:检索PubMed、中国知网等数据库,收录关于中医药治疗LUFS的随机对照试验。所有文献均为对照组应用西医治疗,试验组应用中医药或中医药联合西医治疗。根据纳排标准对所纳入的文献应用改进的Jadad量表进行评分与数据提取,同时选用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献13篇,涉及LUFS患者921例,涉及月经周期2562个;其中试验组月经周期有1271个,对照组有月经周期1291个。Meta分析结果表明,相对于单纯西医治疗,中医药治疗LUFS可提高排卵率、妊娠率,减少LUFS复发率,同时提高卵巢动脉搏动指数、降低卵巢动脉阻力指数(均有P<0.01)。结论:中医药治疗LUFS可以在一定程度上提高排卵率和妊娠率,降低LUFS的复发率,同时能够改善卵巢动脉血流搏动情况。因本研究纳入的文献数量、质量有限,期待后续研究补充佐证。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effectiveness of TCM on luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome.Methods:In databases such as PubMed,CNKI and so on,randomized controlled trials on treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome in TCM were retrieved and selected.In all the included studies,cases in the control group were treated in Western medicine,while in the observation group were treated in TCM or the integrative medicine.The modified Jadad scale was used for scoring and data extraction of the included studies according to the inclusion criteria,and RevMan 5.3 software was used for a meta-analysis.Results:A total of 13 studies were included,involving 921 LUFS patients and 2562 menstrual cycles.There were 1271 menstrual cycles in the observation group and 1291 menstrual cycles in the control group.The meta-analysis results show that compared with Western medicine alone,the treatment of LUFS in TCM could improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,reduce the recurrence rate of LUFS,increase the ovarian arterial pulsatility index,and decrease the ovarian arterial resistance index(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome in TCM can increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate to a certain extent,reduce the recurrence rate,and improve ovarian artery blood flow pulsation.Due to the limited quantity and quality of the included studies,it is expected to be supplemented and verified by subsequent studies.
