摘　　要：目的观察甲状腺乳头状癌合并桥本甲状腺炎患者左侧中央区淋巴结(CLN)清扫的情况。方法回顾性分析河南省人民医院2019年至2022年收治的130例行左侧CLN清扫的患者作为研究对象,分为甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)组(50例)和PTC合并桥本甲状腺炎(PTC-HT)组(80例)。比较两组CLN清扫的数量和转移情况。结果PTC组淋巴结清扫数量少于PTC-HT组(P<0.05);两组淋巴结转移数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后均未出现明显声音嘶哑和甲状旁腺功能低下导致的临床低钙症状。结论PTC-HT患者左侧CLN数量增加,但转移数量无明显增加。Objective To observe the left central lymph node(CLN)of patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma with or without Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 130 patients admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from 2019 to 2022 who underwent left side CLN dissection.Patients were divided into thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC)group(50 cases)and PTC with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(PTC-HT)group(80 cases).The number and transfer of CLN sweeps between two groups was compared.Results The number of lymph nodes cleared in the PTC group was lower than that in the PTC-HT group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the number of lymph node metastases between the PTC group and the PTC-HT group(P>0.05).None of the patients in the two groups had significant postoperative hoarseness and clinical hypocalcemia accompanying hypoparathyroidism,and the complication rates could not be compared statistically.Conclusion The number of left CLN in patients with PCT-HT increased,but the number of metastasis did not increase significantly.
