摘　　要：习近平关于促进农民共同富裕的重要论述有着特定的生成依据,它渊源于马克思主义农民共同富裕学说,植根于中华优秀传统重农富农治农文化,承继于中国共产党促进农民共同富裕思想智慧,立足于破解新时代我国社会主要矛盾的现实需要,是习近平领导经济建设、改善民生过程中形成的最新理论成果。其核心要义包括战略地位、政治保证、美好图景、发展动力、必由之路和主体力量等诸多方面,具有战略性、时代性、科学性和超越性等理论特质。其重大价值为:不仅推动了马克思主义及其中国化农民共富思想的理论创新,而且为新时代开创促进农民共富新局面提供了科学指引,也为世界解决社会贫富差距问题贡献了中国智慧。Xi Jin-ping's important discourse on promoting the common prosperity of the farmers has a specific basis of generation.It is rooted in the Marxist theory of common prosperity of farmers,in the excellent traditional Chinese culture of em⁃phasizing agriculture,enriching farmers and managing farmers,inheriting the thought and wisdom of the Communist Party of China to promote common prosperity of farmers,and based on the practical need to solve the main contradiction of Chinese soci⁃ety in the new era.It is the latest theoretical achievements formed in the process of people's livelihood construction of Xi Jinping's leading.Its core meaning includes strategic position,political guarantee,beautiful prospect,development impetus,the only way to go and the main force.It has obvious strategic,contemporary,scientific and transcendent characteristics.Its signifi⁃cant value is:it not only promotes the theoretical innovation of Marxism and its sinicization of farmers'common prosperity,but also provides scientific guidance for creating a new situation of promoting common prosperity of farmers in the new era.It contrib⁃utes Chinese wisdom to solving the problem of social gap between rich and poor in the world.
