摘　　要：第四次科技革命背景下形成的工业智能化方兴未艾、影响持续加深。基于对经济学视角的辨析,工业智能化本身并不能扮演“垄断趋势”的终结者,无法自发促成市场竞争。因此,分析工业智能化的机制特征,针对采用智能化技术的决策进行经济分析。通过经济分析发现人工智能具有赋能属性,并对相关产业的赋能在开发和应用过程中不断增强,从而具备提高产业技术水平的潜力。基于典型事实分析表明,工业智能化的发展存在路径依赖性,不难预见工业智能化的发展具有自我强化的垄断趋势。本研究为政府推动工业智能化的发展提供了理论解释,中国与美国均具有门类齐全的工业体系在大国竞争合作中拥有相匹配的战略能力,将引领和主导全球工业智能化的发展。The industrial intelligence formed in the context of the fourth scientific and technological revolution is in the as⁃cendant and its influence continues to deepen.Based on the analysis of economic perspective,industrial intelligence itself can⁃not play the end of the"monopoly trend"and cannot spontaneously promote market competition.Therefore,the mechanism char⁃acteristics of industrial intelligence are analyzed,and economic analysis is carried out for decision-making using intelligent tech⁃nology.Through economic analysis,this paper finds that artificial intelligence has enabling attributes,and the empowerment of related industries is continuously enhanced in the process of development and application,so as to have the potential to improve the level of industrial technology.Based on the analysis of typical facts,it shows that there is a path dependence in the develop⁃ment of industrial intelligence,and it is not difficult to foresee that the development of industrial intelligence has a selfreinforcing monopoly trend.This study provides a theoretical explanation for the government to promote the development of in⁃dustrial intelligence.China and the United States have a complete industrial system,and have matching strategic capabilities in major power competition and cooperation,which will lead the development of global industrial intelligence.
