摘　　要：由于NX攻丝循环参数对话框存在循环参数缺失的情况,从而导致后置处理的NC代码出错,无法加工螺纹。针对此情况,对循环参数缺失的原因进行了分析,通过NX后处理构造器的UDE功能优化和定制了螺纹循环参数,并通过后处理验证了NC代码的正确性和可行性。Because of the absence of cycle parameters in the dialog box of NX tapping cycle parameters,the NC code of post processing is wrong and the thread cannot be processed.In view of this situation,the author analyzes the reasons for missing cycle parameters,optimizes and customizes thread cycle parameters through the UDE function of NX post-processing constructor,and verifies the correctness and feasibility of NC code through post-processing.
