浅谈热轧低成本高效化生产能力提升

摘　　要：邯宝热轧厂是邯钢实现结构优化产业升级的新区重点建设项目,是一条具有国际先进水平的常规热连轧生产线,该厂于2007年5月31日正式举行开工仪式,经过广大建设者的团结拼搏、合力攻关,于2008年8月16日成功进行热试,并顺利轧出第一卷,实际建设工期历时14.5月,创造了世界同类型热轧生产线建设工期最短的记录。分析了当前轧钢技术的应用情况,针对生产能力进行了探究,希望能够低成本高效化生产能力提升在钢材生产中的应用。Hanbao Hot Rolling Plant is a key construction project in the new area of Hangang to achieve structural optimization and industrial upgrading.It is a conventional hot rolling production line with international advanced level.The plant officially held a commencement ceremony on May 31,2007.After the unity and joint efforts of the builders,the hot test was successfully carried out on August 16,2008,and the first roll was successfully rolled out.The actual construction period lasted for 14 and a half months,we have set a record for the shortest construction period of the same type of hot rolling production line in the world.This article analyzes the current application of steel rolling technology,explores production capacity,and hopes to improve the application of low-cost and efficient production capacity in steel production.
