摘　　要：张靖皋长江大桥南航道桥为主跨2 300 m的双塔双跨吊悬索桥,主塔高350 m。该桥塔具有塔高、塔顶压力大、结构体量大、基础地质差等特点。为适应建设条件特点,结合悬索桥索塔受力特点,创造性提出了钢箱—钢管约束混凝土组合索塔。索塔外部设钢箱结构,内置4根直径为3.6 m的钢管混凝土,通过纵横腹板、横隔板等构件相互联系形成整体。该索塔充分利用了钢管混凝土的承压性能,利用外壁钢板承弯,采用工厂化、装配化快速化建造方法,并利用钢管的约束效果提升了管内混凝土单次浇筑高度,具有轻型化、高承压、承弯强、工效高等优势。该索塔充分发挥了两种不同构件的性能优势,传力途径明确、受力合理,抗震性能优异,拓展了大跨径悬索桥索塔型式。The South Channel Bridge of Zhang-Jing-Gao Yangtze River Bridge is a suspension bridge with the span layout of 2300+717 m.The height of the main tower is 350 m.The bridge tower is featured with high tower,large pressure at tower top,large structure volume and poor foundation geology etc.In order to adapt to the construction conditions and the bearing characteristics of the cable tower of suspension bridge,the composite tower with steel box and steel tube restrained concrete is creatively proposed.Steel box structures are set outside of the tower,4 concrete-filled steel tubes with the diameter of 3.6 m are set inside,and longitudinal and transverse webs as well as diaphragms are used to connect and form an integral structure.The tower makes full use of the bearing property of concrete-filled steel tube,the steel plate of the outer wall is used to carry the bending,by means of the factory and assembled rapid construction method,the restraint effect of the steel pipe is used to improve the single pouring height of the concrete in the pipe,which has the advantages of light in weight,high in pressure bearing,strong in bending bearing and high in efficiency.The cable tower gives full play to the performance advantages of the two different components,the force transmission path is clear,the force is reasonable,the seismic performance is excellent,and the tower type of long span suspension bridge is enriched.
