摘  要:为精准统计高速公路车辆平均运行速度,依托联网收费数据,分析影响平均速度统计结果的多源干扰因素,提出2种处理干扰因素的研究思路,估计每种思路的统计误差,通过在服务区开展调查获取驶入概率、间隔行驶里程、停驶时间及其占总行程时间的比例,引入变异系数对比停驶时间和间隔行驶里程的波动情况,明确在总行程时间中剔除服务区停驶时间的研究思路的局限性,基于间隔行驶里程分布区间中位值,通过样本量加权计算车辆驶入服务区的间隔行驶里程,结合陕西省2019年6月客货车辆平均行程的交通量分布情况,最后提出以206 km为间隔行驶里程、省内出行车流、ETC客车和货车作为统计约束条件,在联网收费数据中寻找不驶入服务区的短途行驶车辆作为最优样本来完成平均运行速度统计方法改进,通过陕西省数据验证统计方法的可行性。研究结论可为路网运行状态分析、路段车辆安全风险评估与监测提供有力的技术支撑。To count the average vehicle speed on expressway accurately,the multi-source interference factors affecting the average speed statistical results is analyzed based on the network toll collection data,two research ideas to deal with the interference factors is proposed,and the statistical error of each idea is estimated.The entry probability,driving distance interval,parking time and its proportion in the total travel time are obtained through the investigation in the service areas,the coefficient of variation is introduced to compare the fluctuation of parking time and driving distance interval,the limitations of the research idea of excluding the parking time in the service area from the total travel time is clarified.The driving distance interval of vehicles entering the service area is calculated by weighting the sample size,combined with the traffic volume distribution of the average distance of passenger and freight vehicles in Shaanxi Province in June 2019.Finally,it is proposed to take 206 km as the driving distance interval,traffic flow in the province,ETC vehicles as the statistical constraints,and looking for short-distance vehicles not driving into the service areas in the network toll collection data as the optimal sample,the statistical improvement method of average vehicle speed on expressway is put forward.The feasibility of the statistical method is verified by the data of Shaanxi Province.The research conclusions would provide strong technical support for analyzing of road network operation status,risk assessment and monitoring of road vehicle safety.
