摘  要:为了揭示PVA纤维复合加强沥青及沥青混合料性能机理,采用原子力显微镜对单丝PVA纤维作用区域下的沥青及不同掺量下的PVA纤维沥青胶浆进行扫描观察,通过表面形貌变化、表面粗糙度、纳观黏附力、四组分变化以及模量等指标对PVA纤维与沥青的相互作用进行评价。结果表明,单丝PVA纤维作用下的沥青区域表面形貌更加崎岖,黏附力和模量代表值提高明显,相较于不同掺量下复合的PVA纤维沥青胶浆,其表面“蜂窝状”结构逐步减小,表面形貌由“山峦叠嶂”状态朝着“丘陵起伏”状态转变。单丝纤维与沥青作用的微单元下,纤维与沥青相互吸持,这种吸持在局部引起了沥青四组分变化,进而在数以万计的纤维作用下,总体复合提升沥青力学性能。In order to reveal the performance mechanism of PVA fiber composite reinforced asphalt and asphalt mixture,atomic force microscopy is used to scan and observe the asphalt under the action area of monofilament PVA fiber and PVA fiber asphalt mastic with different doping levels,and the interaction between PVA fiber and asphalt is evaluated by surface morphology change,surface roughness,nanoadhesive force,four component change and modulus.The results show that the surface morphology of the asphalt area under the action of monofilament PVA fiber is more rugged,and the representative values of adhesion and modulus increase significantly,compared with the PVA fiber asphalt paste compounded with different dosing,the surface“honeycomb”structure gradually decreases,and the surface morphology changes from“mountain range”state to“hilly”state.Under the micro-unit of the action of single filament fiber and asphalt,the fiber and asphalt mutually absorb and hold,which locally causes the changes in the asphalt four components,and then under the action of tens of thousands of fibers,the overall composite improves the mechanical properties of asphalt.
