摘  要:钢框架结构柱脚在地震作用下发生塑性屈曲将对震后修复造成困难。基于损伤控制概念,研究在柱脚设置盖板式滑移摩擦节点(CPSFJ)钢框架的抗震性能及损伤情况。设计并制作了2个1/2缩尺的单层钢框架试件,其中一个为柱脚设置CPSFJ钢框架试件,另一个为普通钢框架试件,对其进行拟静力加载试验。普通钢框架在加载结束后,柱脚处屈曲严重。柱脚设置CPSFJ的钢框架,在加载过程中CPSFJ如期发生滑移;钢柱段无明显损伤变形,CPSFJ拼接盖板发生弯曲变形,黄铜摩擦片表面出现磨损,可在震后复位钢柱、更换拼接盖板和摩擦片以实现修复;框架滞回曲线饱满,骨架曲线无明显下降,表现出良好的抗震性能。The plastic buckling of steel frame structure column bases under earthquake action can cause a problem in postearthquake restoration.Based on the damage control concept,the seismic performance and damage of steel frames with cover plates slip friction joint(CPSFJ)at column bases were investigated.Two 1/2-scale single-story steel frame specimens were designed and fabricated for quasi-static loading tests.One of the frames was a steel frame specimen with CPSFJs set at column bases,and the other one was an ordinary steel frame specimen.The ordinary steel frame buckled severely at column bases at the end of the loading process.The steel frame with CPSFJs at column bases slipped during the loading process as expected and there was no obvious damage in the ordinary steel column section.Bending deformation occurred in the CPSFJ splicing cover plates,and the surface of the brass friction plates was worn.Restoration of the frame can be achieved by resetting the steel columns and replacing the splicing cover plates and friction plates.The hysteretic curve of the steel frame with CPSFJs was full,and there was no significant decline in the skeleton curve,which showed a good seismic performance.
