摘 要:对超声冲击处理焊接节点疲劳寿命提高及其机理和疲劳寿命预测方法的研究现状及研究不足进行了综述。目前研究表明超声冲击处理通过改变焊趾局部几何形状从而降低该部位的应力集中、在焊趾部位引入残余压应力和消除焊趾部位焊接缺陷并细化局部晶粒可以有效地提高焊接节点的疲劳寿命,然而目前的研究对象主要针对焊接后立即进行超声冲击处理的焊接节点,针对实际工程中已经服役一定时间的焊接节点开展的相关研究较少。此外,实际工程中的焊接节点在进行超声冲击处理时一般处于持荷状态,目前对持荷状态下进行超声冲击处理的焊接节点的疲劳性能相关研究也较少。焊后态节点的疲劳寿命可采用基于名义应力、热点应力和有效缺口应力的S-N疲劳曲线进行计算。然而,名义应力和热点应力均难以直接反映超声冲击处理对焊趾的局部改变,而目前常用的有效缺口应力计算方法也只针对焊后态节点,因此对超声冲击处理焊接节点的疲劳寿命预测方法仍需开展进一步的研究。This study reviews a state-of-the-art research on the fatigue life improvement and mechanism,and fatigue life prediction methods of ultrasonic impact treated welded joints.Many studies show that ultrasonic impact treatment(UIT)can significantly improve the fatigue life of welded joints by changing the local geometry of weld toe,reducing the stress concentration at the weld toe and introducing residual compressive stress at the weld toe,eliminating welding defects at the weld toe,and refining local grains.However,the current research objects are mainly welded joints treated by ultrasonic impact immediately after welding.There are limited studies on the welded joints in service for a certain period in real projects.In addition,the welded joints in real projects are generally under the loading when ultrasonic impact treatment is carried out.Also,there are limited studies on the fatigue performance of the welded joints treated using ultrasonic impact under the loading.The fatigue life of welded joints without UIT can be calculated using fatigue S-N curves based on nominal stress,hot spot stress and effective notch stress.However,for the welded joints with UIT,the nominal stress and hot spot stress are difficult to directly reflect the local change of the weld toe after UIT.Besides,the commonly used effective notch stress for welded joints without UIT is still questionable when it is applied to the joints with UIT.Therefore,it is stll necessary to carry out further study to predict the fatigue life of welded joints with UIT.
