摘 要:防喘振控制系统在保障压缩机安全运行中发挥着重要作用,它一直是压缩机控制系统中研究热点,从压缩机喘振的原因及危害、防喘振曲线性能分析、防喘振控制系统运行稳定性进行研究,提高压缩机防喘振控制系统的安全可靠性。结果表明:熟悉防喘振控制系统的性能曲线特点,从孔板流量变送器、进出口压力变送器和防喘振阀等影响因素进行分析,这对保证防喘振系统的运行稳定性有很好的参考价值。The anti-surge control system plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of compressor.It has always been a research hotspot in the compressor control system.The research is carried out from the causes and hazards of compressor surge,the performance analysis of the anti-surge curve,and the operation stability of the anti-surge control system to improve the safety and reliability of the compressor anti-surge control system.The results show that it is familiar with the characteristics of the performance curve of anti-surge control system,and analyzing the influencing factors from orifice flow transmitter,inlet and outlet pressure transmitter and anti-surge valve,which has a good reference value for ensuring the operation stability of the anti-surge system.
