江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展视域下的安徽使命与愿景

摘　　要：当前长三角区域一体化发展如火如荼,其中长三角文化共同体已雏形显现并大有可为。安徽文化已在历史长河中与江南文化等相融相生,在新时代新征程,安徽作为长三角区域一体化发展的重要组成部分,安徽文化更在江南文化发展迈向新征程和长三角区域一体化发展的澎湃热潮中建新功立新业,故在江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展视域下呈现安徽文化战略阵地、文化自信领地、文化传承福地、文化创新高地等定位与功能,论证提出安徽担纲江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展先锋队、永动机、精神源、扩音筒的使命和全面消除文化鸿沟与文化障碍、全面激发文化潜能与文化精神、全面打造文化强省与文化高地、全面塑造文化形象与文化品牌的安徽愿景,为在江南文化与长三角区域一体化发展中提出安徽方案做出安徽贡献提供有益思路。At present,the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta is in full swing,in which the Yangtze River Delta cultural community has taken shape and has a bright future.Anhui culture has been integrated with Jiangnan culture in the long history.In the new era and new journey,Anhui culture,as an important part of the regional integration development of the Yangtze River Delta,has also made new contributions in the new journey of Jiangnan cultural development and the regional integration development of the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,from the perspective of the development of Jiangnan culture and the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta,this paper presents the positioning and functions of Anhui s cultural strategic position,cultural self-confidence territory,cultural inheritance blessing land,cultural innovation highland and so on.This paper also demonstrates and puts forward the mission of Anhui as the vanguard,permanent machine,spiritual source and loudspeaker for the integrated development of Jiangnan culture and Yangtze River Delta region,eliminating cultural gap and cultural barriers,stimulating cultural potential and cultural spirit,building a strong cultural province and cultural highland in an all-round way,and shaping cultural image and cultural brand in an all-round way.It provides useful ideas for putting forward Anhui s plan and making Anhui s contribution in the development of Jiangnan culture and Yangtze River Delta regional integration.
