数字普惠金融与农业全要素生产率:驱动路径与异质性研究

摘　　要：提高农业全要素生产率是实现农业高质量发展的重要手段,数字普惠金融的快速发展为农业生产提供了资金支持,对提升农业全要素生产率具有重要作用。通过2011—2017年全国省级面板数据,利用固定效应、分位数回归、门槛效应等计量模型对数字普惠金融与农业全要素生产率的关系展开深入探讨。结果显示:其一,数字普惠金融对农业全要素生产率存在着显著的正向影响,这种正向影响是通过人力资本效应、市场需求效应和技术创新效应三个路径实现的。其二,数字普惠金融对农业全要素生产率的影响存在异质性,从发展水平上看,随着农业全要素生产率和数字普惠金融发展水平的上升,影响强度呈现出“由低到高”的特征;在地域差异上看,基于省域划分,影响强度呈现出“中-东-西”三级分布。在农业提质增效的关键转型期,要充分利用加强顶层设计、完善基础设施、促进协调发展等手段,以数字普惠金融赋能农业全要素生产率,推动农业高质量发展。Improving total factor productivity in agriculture is an important means to achieve high-quality agricultural development.The rapid development of inclusive digital finance provides financial support for agricultural production and is important in enhancing total factor productivity in agriculture.The relationship between inclusive digital finance and total factor productivity in agriculture is explored in depth through national and provincial panel data from 2011-2017 using econometric models such as fixed effects,quantile regressions,and threshold effects.The results show that inclusive digital finance has a significant positive impact on agricultural total factor productivity.This positive effect is realized through three paths:human capital effect,market demand effect,and technological innovation effect.Second,there is heterogeneity in the impact of inclusive digital finance on agricultural total factor productivity.In terms of development level,the impact intensity shows a"low to high"characteristic as the development level of agricultural total factor productivity and inclusive digital finance increases;in terms of geographical differences,based on the provincial division,the impact intensity shows a three-level distribution of"Central-East-West."In the critical transformation period of agricultural quality and efficiency,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design,improve infrastructure and promote coordinated development to empower agricultural total factor productivity with inclusive digital finance and promote high-quality agricultural development.
