摘　　要：传统线下时代旅游垄断势力主要源自于公共景区,而互联网时代旅游垄断势力则还包括在线旅行双边平台。以旅游产业链的3种类型为逻辑起点,研究公共景区与在线旅行平台垄断势力对于旅游价格的影响路径与因素,从而基于整个旅游产业链视角来建构旅游定价及其主要影响因素的一般理论维度以及加强旅游垄断势力对于旅游价格影响这一相关热点问题的系统解释力,然后基于此提出规制建议。本文的主要创新之处在于突破传统单边市场下的公共景区垄断势力和新型在线旅行双边平台市场垄断势力分别对于价格影响这一单一行业视角,从纵向产业链视角系统总结旅游垄断势力对于旅游价格影响的一般机制,从而有助于旅游管理学科在垄断对于价格影响方面的体系化建设,也有助于行业价格影响与协调应对以及政府分类规制。In the traditional offline era,the tourism monopoly mainly originated from public scenic spots,while in the Internet era,the tourism monopoly also includes online travel bilateral platforms.Starting from the three types of tourism industry chains,this study explores the impact paths and factors of the monopoly powers of public scenic spots and online travel platforms on tourism prices,and constructs a general theoretical dimension of tourism pricing and its main influencing factors based on the perspective of the entire tourism industry chain.It also strengthens the systematic explanatory power of the impact of tourism monopoly power on tourism prices,and then proposes regulatory suggestions.The main innovation of this article is to break through the single industry perspective of separately analyzing the impact of the monopoly power of public scenic spots and the new online travel bilateral platform market monopoly power on price in traditional unilateral markets,and systematically summarize the general impact mechanism of tourism monopoly power on tourism prices from the perspective of vertical industry chain,which is helpful for the systematic construction of the discipline of tourism management in terms of the impact of monopoly on prices,as well as for the tourism industry's price adjustment and coordinated response and government's classification regulation.
