摘  要:以异戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯为单体,在氧化还原引发体系中,通过自由基共聚,合成了一种性能优良的高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂。研究了酸醚比、酯醚比、合成温度和加料方式对减水剂分散性能的影响,并分析了微观结构。研究结果表明,在水灰比为0.29,折固掺量为0.2%时,3h内合成的减水剂的水泥净浆流动度能保持稳定不变。混凝土实验结果表明,掺入减水剂的新拌混凝土的和易性优良,在3h内具有良好的保坍效果。A high slump retention polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized with isopentenyl polyoxyethylene ether,acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate by radical polymerization in the redox initiation system.The effects of ratio of acid to ether,ratio of ester to ether,synthesis temperature and feeding mode on the dispersibility of superplasticizer were discussed,and the microstructure was analyzed.The results showed that the fluidity of cement paste remained stable within 3h when the water cement ratio was 0.29 and the solid dosage of superplasticizer was 0.2%.The results of concrete test showed that the workability of fresh concrete mixed with superplasticizer was excellent,and it had good slump retention effect within 3h.
