摘　　要：为研究积极领导力对矿工安全行为的影响机制,通过文献分析引入安全氛围与安全心理资本作为中介变量,构建积极领导力对矿工安全行为影响的假设模型。对来自金属矿山企业的422份有效问卷进行实证分析,运用结构方程模型和Bootstrap法,分析积极领导力对矿工安全行为的影响及安全氛围、安全心理资本在两者间的作用。结果表明:积极领导力正向显著影响矿工的安全行为,安全氛围、安全心理资本在积极领导力与矿工安全行为之间兼具独立和链式中介作用。由此,领导者应该在工作中传递积极领导力,在企业内构建良好的安全氛围,有效提高矿工的安全心理资本,从而降低矿工不安全行为发生的可能。In order to study the influence mechanism of positive leadership on miners'safety behavior,a hypothetical model of the influence of positive leadership on miners'safety behavior was constructed by introducing safety climate and safety psychological capital as mediating variables through literature analysis.Empirical analysis was conducted on 422 valid questionnaires from metal mining enterprises,and structural equation modeling and Bootstrap method were used to analyze the influence of positive leadership on miners'safety behavior and the role of safety climate and safety psychological capital between the two.The results show that positive leadership has a significant positive impact on miners'safety behavior,and safety climate and safety psychological capital have both independent and chain mediating roles between positive leadership and miners'safety behavior.Therefore,leaders should convey positive leadership in their work,build a good safety climate,within the enterprise,effectively improve miners'safety psychological capital,so as to reduce the possibility of miners'unsafe behaviors.
