摘 要:采用尿素水解法制备了系列xCu-Ag/SiO_(2)催化剂,并用于催化草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢合成乙醇酸甲酯(MG),使用BET、XRF、XRD、FT-IR和H_(2)-TPR对催化剂物化结构进行表征,考察不同Cu/Ag质量比对催化剂物化性质及催化活性的影响。结果表明,合适的Cu/Ag比值可有效提高催化剂的比表面积、增强Cu和Ag物种在SiO_(2)载体上高度分散、抑制Cu粒子的聚集生长、产生更多的活性位点,从而提高催化剂的反应活性。当Cu/Ag质量比为2时,催化剂活性最佳,草酸二甲酯转化率和乙醇酸甲酯选择性可达86.9%和85.3%。A series of xCu-Ag/SiO_(2)catalysts have been successfully prepared by urea hydrolysis method for the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO)to methyl glycolate(MG).The physical and chemical structures of the catalysts have been systematically characterized by BET,XRF,XRD,FT-IR and H_(2)-TPR.The effects of Cu/Ag mass ratio on the physicochemical properties and catalytic activity of the catalysts were investigated.The results demonstrated that the appropriate Cu/Ag ratio can effectively increase the specific surface area of the catalyst,enhance the high dispersion of copper and silver components on SiO_(2)support,inhibit the aggregation and growth of copper particles,generate more active sites,and improve the catalyst activity.When Cu/Ag ratio was 2,the catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance with DMO conversion of 86.9%and MG selectivity of 85.3%.
