摘 要:用浸渍还原法制备了Pd/C、Pt/C、Ru/C三种炭载催化剂,考察其在邻氯硝基苯加氢合成邻氯苯胺反应中的催化性能,筛选出Pd/C催化剂效果最佳。进一步基于Pd/C催化剂,对载体进行硼酸处理及在钯前驱体中添加锡盐,硼氢化钠还原制备出改性钯锡炭催化剂,与氯钯酸前驱体制备的催化剂相比,改性的钯锡炭催化剂催化活性和选择性明显提高,且脱氯率明显降低。Three carbon supported catalysts,Pd/C,Pt/C and Ru/C,are prepared by impregnation reduction method and tested in hydrogenation of o-chloronitrobenzene(o-CNB)to o-chloroaniline(o-CAN).Among them,Pd/C catalyst shows the best catalytic performance.Further,based on Pd/C,the modified Pd-Sn/C catalyst is prepared by boric acid treatment of the support,adding tin salt to the palladium precursor,and co-reduction of palladium and tin precursor with sodium borohydride.Compared with the catalyst prepared by chloropalladium acid precursor,the catalytic activity of the modified Pd-Sn/C catalyst is significantly improved,and the dehalogenation efficiency is significantly reduced.
