摘　　要：广东省银行澳门支行成立于1939年。该机构的问世和存续,是以中国澳门的特殊地位和抗战时期的特殊情势为背景的,其机构在战时和战后的演变与政治经济时局密切相关。战时它担负着沟通侨汇、为内地经济民生和抗战事业提供支持之使命,发挥了不可替代的作用。战后它发展成为一个日渐成熟的金融机构,与中国澳门地方社会产生越来越深入的联系,具有明显的本地化趋势。该行的存在和发展,不仅是粤澳两地社会经济关系走向深化之见证,也可以看作中国澳门金融史的一页。This article examines the establishment,operation and transition of the China Macao Branch of Bank of Guangdong Province,which was established in 1939,as a result of the special status of China Macao and the special political and economic situation of Guangdong during the Anti⁃Japanese War period,and its transition during and after the war was closely related to the political and economic situation.In the context of Japanese invasion,it undertook the mission of communicating overseas Chinese remittances and supporting the mainland’s economy and people’s livelihood and the War of Resistance,and played an irreplaceable role.In the post⁃war period,the branch developed into an increasingly mature financial institution,with increasingly deep ties with the local community in China Macao,with a clear trend of localization.The Bank not only witnessed the deepening of socio⁃economic relations between Guangdong and China Macao,but also played an important role in China Macao’s financial history.
