摘 要:生鲜农产品物流是我国物流业的重要组成部分,电商的快速发展给我国生鲜农产品物流带来巨大的机遇与挑战。文章对影响电商平台生鲜农产品销售的十大因素进行问卷调查。分析调查结果得知我国生鲜农产品电商平台的消费者最不满意的是物流配送模式与商品质量。最后从基于专业生鲜农产品电商平台的物流模式优化、加强建立高附加值生鲜农产品物流配送中心、构建完善的生鲜农产品信息平台、协同发展以提升“最后一公里”配送质量等方面提出电子商务环境下生鲜农产品物流模式优化的对策建议。Fresh agricultural products logistics is an important part of China’s logistics industry,and the rapid development of e-commerce brings huge opportunities and challenges to China’s fresh agricultural products logistics.The paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the ten factors affecting the sale of fresh agricultural products on e-commerce platforms.The analysis of the survey results shows that consumers of fresh agricultural products e-commerce platform in China are most dissatisfied with the logistics delivery mode and the quality of produce.Finally,the paper proposes countermeasures to optimize the logistics mode of fresh agricultural products under the e-commerce environment from the aspects of optimizing the logistics mode based on professional fresh agricultural products e-commerce platforms,strengthening the establishment of a high value-added fresh agricultural products logistics and distribution center,building a perfect fresh agricultural products information platform,and improving the quality of“last mile”distribution through collaborative development.
