摘  要:生产光电玻璃基板需要对基板边部进行研磨,以消除边部裂纹、烧边、掉片等缺陷,避免下游面板厂在使用过程中出现破片。通过分析光电显示玻璃基板磨边不良产生的主要原因,优化磨边工艺,实际生产验证表明新工艺显著提高了产品边部质量,降低了边部缺陷的发生率。In the production process of photoelectric glass substrate,the edge of the glass substrate is necessary to be ground to eliminate the defects such as edge crack,burnt edge and flaking,thus avoiding fragmentation used in panel factory.The main reasons for edge defects were analyzed,then the grinding technology for photoelectric display glass substrate was optimized.It is vertified that the edge quality was improved obviously and the incidence of edge defects was reduced in actual production.
