摘 要:输送带双向输送具有高效率、节省成本的特点。以米家沟选煤厂双向带式输送机为研究对象建立简化的多体动力学仿真和离散元仿真结合的耦合模型,对双向带式输送机输送物料过程中的各种工况进行分析,通过仿真研究证明了双向带式输送机输送过程中的设备运行的稳定性和关键部件的可靠性,为输送带双向输送提供参考数据和理论支撑。Belt bidirectional conveying has the characteristics of high efficiency and cost saving.Taking the bidirectional belt conveyor of Mijiagou coal preparation plant as a research object to establish a simplified coupling model combining multi-body dynamics simulation and discrete element simulation.The various working conditions in the process of conveying materials by the bidirectional belt conveyor were analyzed,and the stability of equipment operation and the reliability of key components in the process of bidirectional belt conveyor conveying are proved through simulation research,which provides reference data and theoretical support for the belt bidirectional conveying.
