摘　　要：矿井提升机是矿山的咽喉设备,单绳缠绕式矿井提升机是一种应用广泛的提升机,缠绕式提升机的绳槽结构形式对提升钢丝绳的平稳缠绕具有重要影响。对国内外缠绕式提升机所采用的绳槽结构进行了讨论,介绍了我国平行折线绳槽塑衬的研发、应用及经济性分析等方面的内容,并对采用平行折线绳槽塑衬后对我国缠绕式提升机设计上带来的益处进行了分析。平行折线绳槽塑衬的成功设计和应用对我国缠绕式提升机进行3-4层平稳缠绕过渡具有重要意义。The mine hoist is the throat equipment of the mine,and the single-rope winding mine hoist is a widely used hoist.The rope groove structure of the winding hoist has an important influence on the smooth winding of the hoisting wire rope.Discussed the rope groove structure adopted by winding hoist in China and world,introduced the research,development,application and economic analysis of the plastic liner with parallel grooves in China,and analyzed the advantages of the plastic liner with parallel grooves in the design of winding hoists in China.The successful design and application of the plastic liner with parallel grooves is of great significance to the smooth winding transition of 3-4 layers of the winding hoist in my country.
