煤矿地面智能化排矸系统的研究与应用

摘　　要：随着矿井生产能力的提高,排矸系统成为制约生产的主要因素。对城郊煤矿西风井排矸系统进行智能化改造,实现运输系统全线封闭式运行,实现自动化开车功能。能够按程序设定自动完成启动、加速、等速运行、减速和到位停车的运行过程,并且系统保护功能齐全,运行安全可靠,能够满足无人值守的要求,达到减人提效、降低成本的目的。With the improvement of the coal mine production capacity,gangue discharge system becomes the main factor of restricting production.Carried out the intelligent transformation of coal gangue discharge system in the west shaft of Chengjiao coal mine,realized transportation systems across the closed operation,and realized automatic driving function.The operation process of start,accelerating,constant speed operation deceleration and parking in place can automatically complete by the program setting,and the system has completed protection functions,safety and reliablly operation,which can meet the requirements of unattended,achieve the purpose of reducing manpower and improving efficiency and reducing costs.
