摘 要:目的 了解梧州市不同等级和地区医疗机构手足口病病例报告情况和存在问题,提高手足口病疫情报告数据质量。方法 采用分层抽样的方法抽取梧州市辖6个地区共10所医疗机构,对其2021年报告手足口病数据质量进行调查。结果10所医疗机构诊疗登记的手足口病病例712例,报告率为97.89%,一级医疗机构报告率最高(100.00%),三级医疗机构最低(96.93%);蒙山县报告率最高(100.00%),长洲区最低(95.83%),不同级别和地区差异均无统计学意义。报告及时率为96.56%,不同地区间医疗机构报告及时率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.857,P=0.011)。报告完整率为97.50%,一致率为96.88%,不同级别和地区的医疗机构的比较差异均无统计学意义。报告准确率为87.18%。不同级别医疗机构报告准确率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.066,P=0.048)。138例手足口病住院病例的诊断符合率为84.06%,不同级别医疗机构诊断符合率差异无统计学意义。10所医疗机构的问卷调查结果中,总知晓率为57.03%。三级医疗机构基础知识、流行病学史、传染病报告、诊断分期和总知晓率均高于二级和一级医疗机构,各级医疗机构总知晓率的比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.296,P<0.001)。其中传染病报告知晓率最高,为91.89%,诊断分类分期最低,仅48.65%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=46.188,P<0.001)。结论 梧州市医疗机构手足口病报告情况总体较好,但诊断符合率仍需进一步提高。应继续加强对医务人员手足口病临床表现特点和分期等知识的培训,进一步提高诊断符合率。同时继续加强信息化建设,进一步提高数据质量。Objective To understand the situation and existing problems of hand,foot and mouth case reports in medical institutions of different levels and regions in Wuzhou,and improve the data quality of hand,foot,and mouth disease report.Methods A total of 10 medical institutions from 6 regions were selected by stratified sampling method to investigate the data quality of hand,foot,and mouth disease reported in 2021.Results There were 712 cases of hand,foot,and mouth disease diagnosed in 10 medical institutions,and the reporting rate was 97.89%.The primary hospitals had the highest reporting rate(100.00%)and tertiary hospital was the lowest(96.93%).Mengshan county had the highest reporting rate(100.00%),while Changzhou district had the lowest reporting rate(95.83%).There was no statistical significance between different levels and regions.The timely reporting rate was 96.56%,and there was significant difference among medical institutions in different regions(χ^(2)=14.857,P=0.011).The completeness rate and consistency rate were 97.50% and 96.88%,respectively.There was no statistical significance among medical institutions in different levels and regions.The accuracy rate was 87.18%.There was significant difference among medical institutions in different levels(χ^(2)=6.066,P=0.048),The diagnostic coincidence rate of 138 hospitalized cases of hand,foot,and mouth disease was 84.06%,and there was no significant difference in the diagnostic coincidence rate among different levels of medical institutions.Among the questionnaire survey results of 10 medical institutions,the total awareness rate was 57.03%.The basic knowledge,epidemiological history,infectious disease report,diagnostic stage,and total awareness rate of tertiary hospital were all higher than those of secondary and primary hospitals.The difference of total awareness rate in all levels of medical institutions was statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.296,P<0.001).Among them,the awareness rate of infectious diseases was the highest(91.89%),and the diagnosis classifica
