摘 要:【目的】分析甘肃、陕西、新疆、宁夏、内蒙古脓疮草属药用植物的脓疮草(P.alaschanica)、甘肃脓疮草(P.kansuensis)和小花脓疮草(P.parviflara)非挥发性成分差异。【方法】应用超高效液相色谱与四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)联用技术建立内蒙古产脓疮草化学成分的指纹图谱。通过中药图谱相似度分析以及主成分分析法确定5种产地3种脓疮草属药用植物中成分的差异水平。【结果】内蒙古产脓疮草含41种化合物,涵盖黄酮类、生物碱类、有机酸类以及木脂素类等。小花脓疮草与甘肃脓疮草的相似度为0.292,小花脓疮草与与脓疮草的相似度为0.317,甘肃脓疮草与脓疮草的相似度高于0.97。【结论】生物活性方面,脓疮草与小花脓疮草可能存在较大的差别;在非挥发成分上,甘肃脓疮草与脓疮草具有较大的相似性。Objective To analyze the differences in the non-volatile components of P.alaschanica,P.kansuensis and P.parviflara in Gansu,Shaanxi,Xinjiang,Ningxia and Inner Mongolia for the medicinal use of the P.alaschanica.Methods Ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC/Q-TOF-MS)was applied to establish the fingerprints of the chemical components of the medicinal plants of the P.alaschanica in Inner Mongolia.The levels of variation of the constituents in the three species of medicinal plants of the Panzeria Moench from five origins were determined by similarity analysis and principal component analysis of the Chinese herbal mapping.Results P.alaschanica from Inner Mongolian contains 41 compound substances covering flavonoids,alkaloids,organic acids and lignans.The similarity between P.parviflara and P.kansuensis was 0.292,the similarity between P.parviflara and P.alaschanica was 0.317,and the similarity between P.kansuensis and P.alaschanica was higher than 0.97.Conclusion In terms of biological activity,there may be major differences between P.alaschanica and P.parviflara;in terms of non-volatile components,there is a greater similarity between P.kansuensis and P.alaschanica.
