李滋平“针药相须”理论治疗腓总神经损伤经验

摘　　要：腓总神经缘于其解剖上的易受损性,该部位的神经损伤已成为临床常见的下肢功能性疾病。针对本病的治疗,李滋平教授讲求“从血论治”,以养血活血为根基,根据病期前后来平衡扶正、祛邪两种治疗方向,并结合体质、病因等因素,精细诊察,明辨个体,为患者提供精确的个体化治疗。作为岭南针药相须流派传承人,李滋平教授时刻贯彻针药相须理念,以针灸疏导局部,以药物调畅整体,两者相辅相成,并有机结合穴位注射、刺血疗法等技术,活血通络,濡润经筋,合获全效。Due to the anatomical vulnerability of the peroneal nerve injury,nerve injury in this area has become a common clinical functional disease of the lower extremity.For the treatment of this disease,Professor LI Zi-Ping advocates“the treatment should focus on blood”;on the basis of nourishing blood and activating blood,we should balance the two treatment directions of supporting healthy qi and eliminating pathogens before and after the disease stage,and combining the factors of body constitutions and etiology and other factors,to make fine diagnosis,differentiation of individuals,to provide accurate individualized treatment for patients.As the inheritor of the School of Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Medicine Mutual Synergizing in Lingnan Area,Professor LI Zi-Ping always implements the concept of mutual promotion of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine,which are complementary to each other;and he combines with acupoint injection and pricking blood therapy to invigorate the blood and unblock collaterals,moisten the meridians and tendons,to eventually achieve a comprehensive effect.
