摘 要:重组竹是一种新型绿色装配式建材。销槽承压强度是现代竹结构节点设计的重要参数,对于确定节点承载性能和可靠度具有重要意义。为研究不同加载角度下的重组竹销槽承压性能,通过对7组35个重组竹试件开展全孔销槽承压静力加载试验,得到重组竹全孔销槽承压荷载-位移曲线、破坏模态和销槽承压强度,分析了加载角度对重组竹销槽承压性能的影响。结果表明:重组竹销槽承压的荷载-位移曲线分为3个阶段;根据加载角度不同,具有2种典型的破坏模态;销槽承压强度在加载角度为0°,45°,90°时最低,加载角度为0°~45°和45°~90°时,均有一定程度的提高。将销槽承压强度试验值与欧洲标准(BS EN 383:2007)、美国标准(ANSI/NDS SUPP-2018)和中国标准(GB 50005—2017)中销槽承压强度计算公式得到的结果进行对比,得出了上述标准在计算重组竹销槽承压强度时存在一定局限性。最后在试验结果的基础上,提出了不同加载角度下的重组竹销槽承压强度建议计算公式,为现代竹结构中节点连接承载力的计算提供了参考。As a low carbon and renewable oriented bamboo fiber composite,bamboo scrimber is made of round bamboo through the processes of thinning,carbonization,dipping,drying,hot pressing,etc.,which breaks round bamboo into sectional sizes,shapes,connections,etc.,and can meet the use needs of low-rise and multi-storey building structures.Modern bamboo and wood buildings mainly adopt beam column frame structure,and beam column joints are usually connected by bolts.At present,in the design standards of wood structures in various countries,the bearing capacity calculation formula of bolted joints is based on Johansen yield theory,which believes that the bearing capacity of pin fasteners depends on the yield moment of fasteners and the bearing strength of pin slots.Therefore,the bearing strength of pin groove directly affects the bearing capacity of bolted joints.In previous studies,researchers often paid attention to the bearing strength of parallel grain and cross grain pin groove of bamboo and wood materials.However,in engineering applications,a single bolt in the bolt group at the node bearing bending moment often bears loads at any angle.In order to study the pin groove bearing strength of bamboo scrimber under different loading angles,a static loading test was conducted using seven groups of 35 bamboo scrimber specimens with full-hole pin groove to obtain the load-displacement curve,failure mode and bearing strength,and to analyze the effect of loading angles on the pin groove bearing strength of bamboo scrimber.The results showed that the load-displacement curve of the bamboo scrimber pin groove bearing was divided into three stages.There were two typical failure modes according to different loading angles.The bearing strength of the pin groove was the lowest when the loading angles were 0°,45°and 90°,and it was improved to some extent when the loading angles were 0°-45°and 45°-90°.The bearing strength test values were compared with the results obtained from the bearing strength calculation formulas in the Europe
