摘　　要：针对部分新建医院项目出现的改扩建的需求,分析该类改扩建项目的特点,结合建设中的山东省立医院东院区改扩建项目的设计方法,阐述与分析了采用一体化管控解决改扩建问题的有效性。实践证明,采用适当的设计理论对改扩建项目的设计质量具有一定的提升作用。Aiming at the demand for reconstruction and expansion of some new hospital projects,the characteristics of the reconstruction and expansion project are analyzed,combined with the design method of the reconstruction and expansion project of the East Campus of Shandong Provincial Hospital which is under construction,it expounds and analyzes the effectiveness of solving the problem of reconstruction and expansion by adopting integrated management and control.Practice has proved that the adoption of appropriate design theory can improve the design quality of renovation and expansion projects to a certain extent.
