摘　　要：结合医院建筑特点和案例分析,归纳医院电气火灾的5大特点,通过调研分析得出医院电气火灾频发的主要原因包括线路老化、运维检修管理不及时等7个方面,并从医院后勤管理的角度提出建立健全医院电气运行管理的“三道防线”:技术防线、管理防线和执行防线。Combined with the characteristics of hospital buildings and case studies,the five major characteristics of hospital electrical fires are summarized.Through investigation and analysis,the main reasons for the frequent occurrence of hospital electrical fires include seven aspects,like aging line,untimely operation and maintenance management;from the perspective of hospital logistics management,proposes to establish and improve the "three lines of defense" of hospital electrical operation management:technical defense line,management defense line and execution defense line.
