摘　　要：介绍了核酸检测的原理和方法、核酸检测一体机的设计原理及特点,相对于分机操作,一体机在检测速率、通量、安全性及自动化程度等方面有很大的提升,因此可广泛应用于临床、疾控、海关、第三方检测实验室等场景。It introduces the principle and method of nucleic acid detection,the design principle and characteristics of the nucleic acid detection all-in-one machine.Compared with the operation separately,the all-in-one machine has greatly improved in terms of detection rate,throughput,safety and automation as a result,which can be widely used in clinical,disease control,customs,third-party testing laboratories etc.
