摘　　要：通过观察某三级综合医院创伤重症监护病房工作人员的日常行为,发现不符合医院感染防控规范的行为,提出干预策略并运用计算机模拟评估其效果。通过此项研究可以帮助医院规范TICU工作人员的感控行为,从而降低医院感染风险。By observing the daily behaviors of the staff in the Trauma Intensive Care Unit of a tertiary general hospital,finds out the behaviors that did not conform to the nosocomial infection prevention and control norms;proposed intervention strategies and evaluated the effects by computer simulation.This research can help hospitals standardize the infection control behavior of TICU staff,thereby reducing the risk of nosocomial infection.
