摘  要:试验旨在探讨冰鲜黑水虻对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能、消化酶、肝脏生化指标及肠道菌群的影响。选取450尾平均初始体重(8.1±0.2)g的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾。各组饲料中冰鲜黑水虻占的比例为0(E组)、50%(H组)、100%(xC组),每天投喂2次,试验期28 d。结果表明:各组成活率均为100%;末体重、增重率、脏体比在E、H组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但两组均显著高于xC组(P<0.05)。在前肠、中肠、后肠中,脂肪酶活性差异不显著(P>0.05),各组间淀粉酶活性差异显著(P<0.05),xC组活性最高;前肠中E组蛋白酶活性显著高于xC、H组(P<0.05),中肠、后肠中E、H组蛋白酶活性显著高于xC组(P<0.05)。肝脏中,E、xC组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著低于H组(P<0.05);H组丙二醛(MDA)含量最低,且显著低于E、xC组(P<0.05);E、xC组ACP、AKP活性显著低于H组(P<0.05)。在肠道健康中,xC组特有OTU高于E组,同时xC组的变形菌门(Proteobacteria)丰度要高于E组,而厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)丰度则是E组高于xC组。综上所述,冰鲜黑水虻在饲料中占比在50%最合适。This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of chilled black soldier fly on the growth performance,digestive enzymes,liver biochemical indicators and intestinal flora of pearl gentian grouper.A total of 450 pearl gentian groupers with an average initial body weight of(8.1±0.2)g were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 50 fish in each replicate.The proportion of chilled black soldier fly in each group was 0(Group E),50%(Group H),and 100%(Group xC).They were fed twice a day,and the test period was 28 days.The results showed that:the survival rate was 100%;the final body weight,weight gain rate,and viscera ratio were not significantly different between E and H groups(P>0.05),but were significantly higher than xC group(P<0.05).In the foregut,midgut,and hindgut,there was no significant difference in lipase activity(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference in amylase activity among the groups(P<0.05),and the activity of xC group was the highest;the protease activity of E group in intestine was significantly higher than that of xC and H groups(P<0.05),and the protease activity of E and H groups in midgut and hindgut was significantly higher than that of xC group(P<0.05).In the liver,the SOD activity and T-AOC of E and xC groups were significantly lower than those of H group(P<0.05);the MDA content of H group was the lowest and significantly lower than that of E and xC groups(P<0.05);ACP and AKP activity in E group and xC group were significantly lower than that of group H(P<0.05).In terms of intestinal health abundance,the unique OTU of group xC was higher than that of group E,and the Proteobacteria of group xC was higher than that of group E,and the phylum of Firmicutes was higher in group E than in group xC.To sum up,the most appropriate proportion of chiled black soldier fly in the feed is 50%.
